  • Focal (1-2 segments)
  • Intermediate (3-7 segments)
  • Diffuse (8-16 segments)
• Degree of asymmetry - compare the thickest with thinnest wall (e.g. septum and lateral wall)

Obstruction

• LVOT or mid-cavity (provide peak velocity/gradient)

LGE

• Presence/absence
• Pattern (RV insertion points and intramural) and extension (% of LV mass)
