The person who is subject of the reporting is entitled to a copy of the report upon payment of a prescribed fee. |
These regulations are meant for educational purposes as a guide to physicians on report of patients assessed to be unfit to drive. It is not meant to replace legal counsel. Unless specified, this section refers to fitness to drive motor vehicles.
